I tried my hand at the Illamasqua Speckled eyeliner this morning, if you haven't heard of it yet it's from their most recent collection: I'mperfection!
It was very quick and easy, I managed to get it done before I left for college at 6.30am!
The only technique needed is the ability to line your eyes with a liquid liner and then take it from there. Here's how mine turned out:
